Creating duplicate accounts may result in immediate suspension without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ezph will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.
All transactions on ezph are processed in Philippine pesos (₱ PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and selected over-the-counter payment channels available in the Philippines. Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method — GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically the fastest. ezph reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Funds in your account must not originate from illegal or unauthorised sources.
You agree to use ezph solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination:
ezph reserves the right to void bets, freeze balances, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if any of the above violations are detected. Decisions made by ezph in relation to account conduct are final.
